At Sneakilla, we’re committed to getting your sneakers to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is an outline of our shipping methods and policies.

Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping (Worldwide)
We offer free standard shipping to most countries. Delivery typically takes 8 to 15 business days after your order is produced.

Express Shipping (Worldwide)
Want it faster? Upgrade to express delivery at checkout for $19.99 USD (or local currency equivalent). Express delivery usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days after production.

Order Processing

  • All sneakers are made-to-order, with a processing time of 2–7 business days before shipment.

  • Processing time is not included in the delivery window.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship

We proudly ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries due to legal, logistical, or compliance restrictions:

Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Qatar, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. Sneakilla ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, customs, or weather events.
Sneakilla is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
